Nutty Honey

Fresh walnuts and Rosewood’s 100% Unpasteurized Wildflower are combined to create a unique tasting experience. It’s delicious on its own, or used to top your favourite cheese (brie and blue cheese are fan favourites), salad, yogurt, or dessert. For best results store in a dark dry place, such as a pantry or kitchen cabinet. Never refrigerate as it will speed up the crystallization process of the unpasteurized honey. Honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.
