Smoked Honey

Smoked in-jar using 100% natural wood in a traditional smoker. This process creates a unique smokey flavour profile. Try it in your favourite bbq sauce, drizzled on pizza, on top of cheese or in coffee to add a distinct and savoury smokey character.Honey will crystallize naturally over time. To re-liquify, place the jar in a pot of water on low heat and wait until it returns to a liquid state. Do not microwave the jar. If you are in a hurry, remove a small amount of the crystallized honey and warm in a low power setting in a microwave safe container.
