The white chocolate callets contain 28% cocoa. They have a balanced milky, creamy, carmamelly taste, with subtle vanilla notes. It is an all around great chocolate that can be used in bars or hollow figures to reveal its satin gloss finish and snappy texture. It also works great to flavour mousses, crèmes, ice creams, drinks or sauces as well.
