This white chocolate has a balanced, milky and creamy taste. With subtle vanilla notes adding to its flavour, this chocolate containing 29.90% cocoa. It has a low fluidity that makes it ideal to use in moulding large hollow objects, or creating creamy ganaches.
Sugar, cocoa fat, dry while milk, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavor.
