Basic Prep: Bring 2 cups water to boil. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil. Stir in 1 package Valencian Saffron Orzo (1 cup) Return to boil, then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 18 to 20 minutes or until al dente. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Stir gently,then taste and add salt if needed. Serve immediately.
