Bring 2-1/2 cups water to a simmer in large saucepan with tight-fitting lid. Add 1 tbsp. butter and 1 cup Truffle Parmesan Risotto. Stir as you bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover saucepan tightly and cook undisturbed for 18 to 22 minutes, depending on desired texture. Let stand, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Stir in optional 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
