Scorpion Chile Whole Peppers

Scorpion chilies have a heat that is long lasting and extreme. Averaging at 1.2 million SHUs, smokey and slightly citurs notes of the pepper are often overtaken by the peppers intense heat. Handle with care and use approriate gloves and eye protection when working with the chilies.
