Saxonshire Cheese

Saxonshire is a layered cheese that is is also called five counties cheese because of the different cheeses that make up its five layers. Double Gloucester, Caerphilly, Cheshire, Leicester, and Cheddar are what gives this multi colour cheese its layers. The cheese has a very dramatic appearance and a very pleasing flavour.
