A round and balanced taste marries the flavours of cocoa, milk and caramel. The milk callets contain 33.6% cocoa. It is both a workable and delicious tasting chocolate making it a great choice for moulding, flavouring of mousses, ganaches, crèmes and sauces.
Cacao, sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
