Milk chocolate blocks contain 31.70% cocoa. A round and balanced taste marries the flavours of cocoa, milk and caramel. It is known for being both workable and delicious in taste. With a lower fluidity this chocolate can be used to create larger hollow objects, tempered cake decorations or thick ganaches.
Sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
