This cheese maintains the creaminess and mild flavour of traditional plain havarti with an added kick. Fine pieces of red and green jalapeno are dispersed throughout the cheese to add a gentle spice.
Ingredients: pasteurized milk and cream, modified milk ingredients, salt, bacterial culture, dehydrated vegetables (jalapeno peppers, bell peppers), calcium chloride, colour, microbial enzyme, natamycin.
