Fig Balsamic Glaze is a product of Modena, Italy. The finest quality balsamic Vinegar is slowly reduced to a nicely balance sauce. It has a velvety brown consistancy, it has a sweet and savoury flavour and fruity, fig undertones.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena min 60% (Wine Vinegar, Concentrated Grape Must, Caramel Color), Dijon Mustard min 25% (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt, Sodium Bisulfite), Modified Corn Starch. Contains Sulfites.
