This is a smooth and well balanced chocolate with subtle vanilla notes. The dark chocolate callets contain 53.10% cocao. With a low fluidity they are great to use for thick ganaches or can be tempered to make cake decorations.
Cocoa mass,sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. May contain milk.
