This exquisite Italian cheese is made from both cow and sheep milk. Small dark truffle pieces are sprinkled through out giving it a strong aroma. Cacio de Bosco al Tartufo has a nutty, sour and sweet flavours. Its firm, smooth, oily texture is perfect to use on pizza.
