A rich, creamy and nutty Beemster cheese speckled throughput with real truffles. It is aged for 10 weeks and is only available seasonally.

Pair it with a crisp chardonnay from Southern Califonia or your favourite Italian Syrah. Can also be enjoyed with a sweet brown ale.
