Barely Buzzed Cheese is rubbed with Espresso and Lavender. The beans are a mix of South American, Central American and Indonesian coffee beans roasted to different syles. Lavender buds are ground and added to the beans to create the rub, which imparts notes of butterscotch and caramel.
This premium cheese has the unique flavour of parmesan and texture of creamy cheddar. It has been soaked in a merlot wine, and the flavour marries perfectly with the creamy sharp flavour of the cheese.
