- 1/2 Teaspoon Celery Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
- 2 Teaspoons Basil Leaf
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mediterranean Oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dill Weed
- 1 1/2 Cups Low Fat Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup Avocado Powder
- Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts
- 3/4 Cup Water
- Kosher Salt And Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk the avocado powder into the water to form a smooth paste. Add lemon juice and white wine vinegar. Stir well.
- Add the sour cream, mix well. Add hemp hearts, dried spices and herbs, and stir well until blended.
- Season to taste. Serve with fresh vegetables, salads, or as a dip for crackers.
